Steel price on January 4 for delivery in May 2023 on the Shanghai Exchange fell 45 yuan to 4,042 yuan / ton.
The price of steel for delivery in October 2023 on the Shanghai Exchange was at 4,085 yuan/ton.

Hoa Phat steel brand on December 24 adjusted steel prices, with CB240 steel coil standing at 14,740 VND/kg; rebar line D10 CB300 is priced at 15,020 VND/kg.
Vietnam Italy steel brand, currently CB240 steel coil at 14,700 VND/kg; D10 CB300 rebar line is priced at 15,000 VND/kg.
Viet Duc Steel, currently CB240 coil line is at VND 14,490/kg; and D10 CB300 rebar is priced at 14,900 VND/kg.
